From the time I was two and picked up my first pencil, I knew that art would be a defining factor in my life. And sure enough, whether in school, raising my family, or pursuing my career (and in that order!) I found ways to indulge in various mediums.

Then my father gave me his Nikon. It was love at first shot, and the beginning of a life-long, inseparable relationship.

Now the world is my studio; I’ve had the good fortune to teach and travel in Europe, Africa, and Asia since 2010. Crossing cultures has compelled me to capture and share the and extraordinary visions through my lens. Imagine having the ability to stop time and speak a universal language…. this is the power of a still image, and this is what drives me.

My affinity for photography is most realized when I create images that tell stories, and preserve precious moments that can be shared for a lifetime. I enjoy capturing the unique essence of my subjects, whether through candid moments on the street, a portrait, an event, a wedding, or landscapes.
